GENERAL RULES

  1. The reservation of your ticket or service will follow the information given by the service provider at the moment of the confirmation. 
  2. The payments made as deposit will can be integrated following requirements of the third party service provider.
  3. The deposit will be valid for 3 months, if the assigned referral will not be able to provide the service the deposit will be automatically returned. 
  4. Is it possible to use the deposit for a different service / ticket upon the approval of the assigned referral.

DEPOSIT BOOKING

  1. Choose your party or service. Select the month, dates  of your choice, add details for services or select the number of tickets you wish to reserve and add them to your basket 
  2. Reserve and pay your deposit with your Paypal account or by credit or debit card. All major credit and debit cards accepted 
  3. Collect your ticket: Bring the confirmation to the assigned referral for club tickets. For all other services you will be contacted by your local referral that will provide you specific details for the booking adapted to the service provider’s requirements.
  4. Receive your ticket or final confirmation of the booking from the referral  and keep enjoying your holiday.

ATTENTION!

Please note that your printed email confirmation or Paypal notification is not a valid ticket and therefore will not allow you entrance into any of the clubs. You will not be able to collect your reserved tickets at any of the clubs. The confirmation email or Paypal notification are only valid to collect your tickets at the listed ticket outlets listed on the website. Collecting your tickets at any other outlet could involve the loss of your paid deposit.

E-TICKET

  1. Choose your event and type of ticket. You can search by Party, Club, Calendar or Artist
  2. Select number of people.
  3. Enter  the name that automatically shows up on the ticket (not forcely the card holder).
  4. Review your order and accept the terms & conditions. Checking this box is the equivalent to a digital signature on a contract.
  5. Checkout on Paypal. Pay by credit card or Paypal account.
  6. Confirmation Page. After you place your order you will see a confirmation page on your screen stating the successful transaction.
  7. Receive email confirmation. Within five minutes of placing your ticket order you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt. It is very important you supply a correct email address or you will not receive the confirmation email.
  8. Print off your e-ticket.
  9. Take your printed ticket to the club. Go to the internet ticket entrance or guest list entrance with your ticket and photo ID (if you paid for your ticket by credit card then it would be advisable to take the card used to make payment as well as in some cases it may be required). Most clubs use a barcode system for entry so you MUST always take your printed ticket.
  10. Enjoy your night!

SERVICES/VIP BOOKING

  1. Request the service through your dashboard (Restaurants, private services, transfers)
  2. Pay the deposit for the service. Within the 24 hours from your request you will be contacted by your personal assistant for all details and requirements of the service you want to book.
  3. Provide your referral all required details and confirm you received full and detailed instructions for the requested service.
  4. Enjoy your holiday.
